The process is designed to truly offload the entire process until final interview so saving expensive management time and offering personally recommended candidates to choose from.

 

Performance Based Fees

 

The assignments include a basic fee to cover diligence, then a hiring fee which will be no more than 15% of the successful candidate’s first year remuneration.

The rest of the fees will be earned over an agreed period against quarterly pre-agreed goals for the candidate.
